    ALWAYS TURN IT OFF WHEN YOU PAUSE OR PUT IT DOWN. I know someone who cut the back of their calf pretty bad using a circular saw. He put it down and did not turn it off.

      Yes, this is a VERY good point, or make sure to engage the chain brake!

    Forgot to mention the Chain Brake was not working properly.
